Pre-Order Items
These items will be shipped as soon as they arrive to our warehouse.(Please note the time on the product page or contact customer service.) If an order is placed with items that are both in-stock AND pre-order items, we will ship the items in stock out ASAP, then ship your pre-ordered item when it's received. If expedited shipping was purchased for your order that included both items in stock and pre-ordered items, we will expedite what is currently in stock, then use free standard shipping for the item(s) pre-ordered when they arrive to our warehouse.

All items in this collection are pre-order. Once your custom serviceis finalized, our team will notify you of the expected delivery date. Upon completion, we will ship your order promptly.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
- It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or change its address. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
