SOLELEGIA gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online *within 30 days* of the delivery date.

  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • If your order was shipped with free delivery, return shipping will not be covered by Solelegia unless the item is defective.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team at contact@solelegia.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, product name, and a brief explanation of the reason for exchange in your email.
Our team will review your request and provide detailed instructions for returning the item and arranging your exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • If your order was shipped with free delivery, exchange shipping will not be covered by Solelegia unless the item is defective.

RETURN POLICY FAQ's

GIFT CARD / STORE CREDIT

If your gift card or store credit isn't showing in your email inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.

  • E-gift card codes and store credit codes will expire 5 years from the date issued.
  • If your order is a little more than your gift card is worth, an additional form of payment will be required at checkout.
  • Your use of the Gift Card constitutes your agreement to our Terms of service.

Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and Solelegia will cover all return shipping costs for the defective or damaged item.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
  • The exactcolors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

  1. Don't like the item;
  2. Not fit as expected without any quality problems;
  3. Shipping status shows delivered but the buyer didn't received;
  4. Differences/misunderstanding (on products/fabric) which has already been claimed in our description/title;
  5. Placed a wrong order and shipped;
  6. Not according to the size chart to choose the size caused by unfit.
