Pre-Order Items  

These items will be shipped as soon as they arrive to our warehouse.(Please note the time on the product page or contact customer service.) If an order is placed with items that are both in-stock AND pre-order items, we will ship the items in stock out ASAP, then ship your pre-ordered item when it's received. If expedited shipping was purchased for your order that included both items in stock and pre-ordered items, we will expedite what is currently in stock, then use free standard shipping for the item(s) pre-ordered when they arrive to our warehouse.

Bespoke Dressmaking Items  

All items in this collection are pre-order. Once your custom serviceis finalized, our team will notify you of the expected delivery date. Upon completion, we will ship your order promptly.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or change its address.
